Thank you for stopping by the website. We hope you will come back often. Our hope is that this website is helpful for you stay connected to what we are doing in the youth ministry.
At the Meet the Parents Series we stated that we see parents as the most important spiritual developers of their teen. Parents have a relationship with their teen that will far outlast the relationship we can offer. Yet, the youth ministry is not insignificant in the role we play to help you in raising an active faith in your teen.
We don't see ourselves as a substitute for parents. We don't have a "you did your job, now let us take a turn" mentality. We also don't see ourselves as supplemental to the families efforts of spiritual growth. The local church isn't the "extra point" tagged on at the end of the touchdown. We are more significant than that. So, what are we?
Our goal is to be synchronized with parents. We want to work in synch with you to spur our teens to an active faith. We want our students to believe simply that "God is who He says He is, and that He will do all He's promised He'd do." Simply stated, "God can be trusted." Our hope is that we will work hand in glove with parents in encouraging our students to trust this amazing God.
